Where to find your order number
Use the order number from the confirmation page or support email. Demo orders usually start with DS followed by the checkout timestamp.
Tracking timeline
After payment confirmation, the order moves through processing, packed, shipped and delivered states. Carrier tracking should appear when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
